Cebu is constantly evolving into something always exciting and challenging. This March 2006 something will be coming up that will shape Cebu's future. The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be launching the 2nd Cebu ICT Summit which will also launch Cebu as the Silicon Island of the Philippines.
